NDIS Invoice Automation

Built a tool to automatically create invoices for my friend’s (Jabez) NDIS service business.

Previously, Jabez manually created invoices for each client he worked with. He would read calendar events, calculate the hours he (or his employees) worked, and then enter the data into a spreadsheet to create invoices.

He would account for different rates on different days for different clients, as well as billing for fuel costs.

This was tedious and it was easy to make mistakes.

We built a program that created invoices for him.

The program looked at work-related events from Google Calendar, filled in his invoice template, and then placed the finished document into the correct folder in his Google Drive.
